{"id":10917,"date":"2024-03-26T17:06:02","date_gmt":"2024-03-26T16:06:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/snsb.de\/?page_id=10917"},"modified":"2024-03-26T17:06:03","modified_gmt":"2024-03-26T16:06:03","slug":"gender-equality-plan-gep","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/snsb.de\/en\/gender-equality-plan-gep\/","title":{"rendered":"Gender Equality Plan (GEP)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In accordance with Art. 4 of the Bavarian Equal Opportunities Act \u201e<strong>Bayerisches Gleichstellungsgesetz<\/strong> <strong>(BayGlG)\u201c<\/strong>, the departments of Bavaria must draw up a Gender Equality Plan every five years to help achieve its objectives.
